Oxford Science Park
The Directors have been closely associated with
this high profile project since its inception. The 78 acre site is now approximately
50% developed and the company has a continuing role as Development and Project
Managers for the joint venture developers, Magdalen College & Prudential.
Station Hill, Reading
As part of our extensive involvement in the Thames Valley and in conjunction
with Sackville Properties. A high profile site of 3.25 acres, opposite
Reading Station with potential for up to 1.7m sq ft of mixed commercial
and residential uses. A planning resolution to grant outline consent
was passed by Reading Borough Council in March 2008. The scheme is
now being redesigned to take in an adjoining site, which has been purchased.
The project will have an end value of over £600m.
Tournament Fields, Warwick
A major business park development adjacent to Junction 15 on the M40.
Up to 700,000 sq ft of business space is planned on this 50 acre site.
Phase 1 is under construction. Horstonbridge are acting as Development
and Project Managers for Sackville Properties.
North Fareham SDA
A 1000 acre site north of the M27 which is being promoted for the development
of c. 8,000 dwellings and 800,000 sq ft of commercial property. We
are coordinating the planning team on behalf of the JV developers,
Buckland Development and PRUPIM.
Rugby Radio Station Site
A former radio station alongside the M1 and A5 comprising some 2000 acres.
The site is to form an urban extension to Rugby of some 6000 dwellings
and an extension to DIRFT of several million square feet of distribution
space. We are coordinating the planning team on behalf of our clients
BT, Aviva and Prologis.
Halton Brook Business Park
As Development Manager on behalf of De Soutter Medical Ltd, we sourced
a suitable development site and subsequently managed the design of a
new head office and factory complex. Planning permission was secured
for over 100,000 sq ft of business space with construction of Phase 1
now ongoing. Our involvement runs from initial site identification through
to overseeing the client’s fit out works.
Gatwick
A major development opportunity is being promoted in connection with
the projected expansion of the airport. With others we are assisting
the promoters to masterplan the scheme and move it forward through
the process of planning and site assembly.
Land at Slade End, Wallingford
This 70 acre site between the town and the by-pass was identified and
we are now working with the landowner to take the proposal through
the early stages of the planning process.
Land Banking
A number of other large areas of land are being investigated for future
development potential. Further suitable opportunities will be considered. |
