| Mike
has been a property professional for over 30 years and has specialised
in development since the early 1980’s. He has been instrumental
in initiating and implementing a large number of projects including
GreenPark Reading (planning permission for over 2.5m sq ft),
Southside Reading, Kennet Valley Park (a proposal for 7,500 homes
including supporting facilities), the Forum at Solent Business
Park and many other similar projects which are setting the standards
for new developments in their respective areas. He particularly
specialises in dealing with complex site assembly and planning
situations.
Prior
to joining Horstonbridge, Mike headed up the UK Development Team
at Prudential Property Investment Managers Ltd, the property
arm of the Prudential Corporation. PRUPIM manage over £11bn
of property assets and have a large development programme covering
science parks, business parks, town centre offices, shopping
centres and, latterly, residential.
