The inner child in many of us would be thrilled to be involved with a real life railway and so Horstonbridge is delighted as the new Rail Freight Terminal at DIRFT nears formal completion, supplementing the existing terminal provision at the site. The new RFT will allow massively enhanced capacity for rail freight, allowing this to be one of the most sustainable logistic parks in the country.

Ross completed degrees in City and Regional Planning and Regeneration Studies from Cardiff University before beginning his career in property development. He has experience of working for a number of national house builders including Taylor Wimpey, Persimmon and David Wilson and regional house builders including Thakeham Homes and Fairview New Homes.

Ross has worked on a number of high profile and exciting projects including coming up with a new 25,000 home community proposed in Cambridgeshire and major regeneration creating landmark properties in Borehamwood. Ross is passionate about sustainability and creating a positive legacy, wanting to be proud of all of his developments.

Out of the office Ross enjoys rugby being a level 2 qualified coach, football and staying at his home in Cornwall.

Phase 2 at Halton Brook is fast approaching being weathertight! This exciting 80,000 sq ft extension to the existing buildings will provide DeSoutter Medical & Zethon with the expansion space they need for their growing businesses including new offices, Research & Development spaces, assembly areas and warehousing.
